Our Property Lending Criteria is
*Castle Finance Limited has no set LVR percentage required but as a guide would consider lending up to 80% of the "Castle Finance Limited valuation" of the property secured by a registered first and only mortgage. Castle Finance will form a view on "valuation" with reference to CV, a recent valuation from a registered valuer and the Hugh Green Group’s extensive market knowledge and development experience.
Castle Finance can accommodate capitalised interest for a period if LVR at the end of the loan term is still within acceptable limits.
Work Fee, Establishment Fee, Drawdown Fee, Legal Fee and Interest Rate are determined commensurate with the risk involved on a case by case basis.
