Penske Commercial Vehicles NZ first approached the Hugh Green Group in 2013 with a request for a brand new complex capable of housing their three separate business under the one roof, and allow for future expansion. The result is a 2 level showroom/office complex of 1,709 m2, a high stud (10.5m at knee) warehouse of 1,457 m2, and a state of the art workshop of 1,684m2.

The office area includes a large showroom, separate drivers facilities, staff training rooms, and an internal lift with staff facilities on both levels.
The workshop includes an engineer designed underground walkthrough truck service pit with brake rollers and chassis shaker, a fully serviced tool room, a chassis Dyno Room, a drive through washdown facility capable of catering for any length of vehicle with a separate engine room washdown facility, and an engine rebuild room. The truck pit is fully serviced with multiple oil and grease supply lines, compressed air, and is hazardous certified.

The office comprises Alucobond panels, precast concrete panels, and longrun roofing, while the warehouse and workshop comprise of pre-cast concrete panel, coloursteel cladding, and longrun roofing. The entire yard area is concrete, with a canopied service entrance.
